Shopping carts use "cookies" to keep track of the items that you add to your shopping basket. A "cookie" is a small piece of information that is sent by a web server to be "temporarily" stored on a web browser. If you do not have cookies "enabled" on your browser, you will probably always have an empty shopping cart.
To set the newest version Internet Explorer browser to accept cookies;
At the top of your screen click on "Tools".
Then click on "Internet Options".
Then click on "Privacy"
Set the slider bar to "Medium High" or something lower.
Then click "Apply"
Then click "OK" You're done, that's all there is to it.
To set a newer version Internet Explorer browser to accept cookies;
At the top of your screen click on "Tools".
Then click on "Internet Options".
Then click on "Security"
Then click on "Custom Level"
Then go down to the question; "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer"
and click "enable".
Then go to the question; "Allow per-session cookies (not stored) and click
"enable"
Then click "OK".
Then click "Apply"
Then click "OK" You're done, that's all there is to it.
To set an older version Internet Explorer browser to accept cookies;
At the top of your screen click on "View".
Then click on "Internet Options".
Then click on "Advanced".
Near the bottom of the list, click on "Always accept cookies".
Then click on "Apply".
Then click on "OK". You're done, that's all there is to it.
To set the Netscape browser to accept cookies;
At the top of your screen click on "Edit".
Then click on "Preferences".
Then click on "Advanced".
Then click on "Accept all cookies".
Then click "OK". You're done, that's all there is to it.
